Offering Individual Therapy and Clinician Consultation
Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy sessions for adults ages 19 and up. 50-minute sessions are $200. 90-minute sessions are available for $250. Therapy sessions are provided in person or by telehealth video, depending on your preference. I use an internet-based HIPAA compliant video platform for telehealth sessions.
At this time, I take a limited number of insurances but may be able to bill your insurance out of network or provide you with a
super bill to submit to your insurance.
Clinician Consultation Services
I offer consultation to licensed therapists who want to receive additional support in discussing complex cases and managing the demands of clinical work. My consultation fee is $180 per session. (If several therapists want a group consultation we can
discuss the cost of a group fee per session.)
I also offer consultation to organizations who are seeking assistance with building an integrated team or who might want a consultant to assist with addressing any clinical or
ethical questions that might arise.
Areas of Expertise & Clinical Focus
I have experience working with clients with the following concerns: anxiety, depression,
grief and loss, trauma, gender affirming care, issues with aging, job or career stress, relational difficulties and chronic health conditions.
I approach my clinical work from a positive psychology perspective. This means that I will be asking you about your strengths and the positives in your life as much as I am asking about what is not working so well for you. I also work from a holistic approach. I will work with you to learn to be in the present and pay attention to what both your body and mind are experiencing as part of navigating your current distress.
My clinical approach comes from an eclectic mix of diverse but complementary theories such as mindfulness compassion, positive psychology, Rogerian, humanistic, and interpersonal. I will work with you to find what approach works best for you in making the changes you would like.
