About Tre Normoyle, PhD
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adult clients of all ages who are facing difficulties with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, or want support with gender identity and affirmation, aging, and chronic health conditions. I am especially interested in working with individuals who are in demanding careers and face a high level of stress.
I also specialize in the mind-body connection and in treating the whole person. I enjoy introducing mindfulness to my clients. I have been training in mindfulness for the past 10 years and have found that it is especially helpful for treating anxiety and depression.
