I like to focus on the strengths and positive aspects of my clients’ lives rather than only concentrating on what has gone wrong or is negative in their life. I believe that a focus on well-being, gratitude and compassion can bring hope and change and can reduce the suffering that a person is experiencing. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and in assisting them in rediscovering a sense of joy for life.
